Condo Description
Our beautiful 2BR/2BA condo is 1,008 square feet and is the perfect home away from home. The two bedrooms include queen beds, 32″ flatscreens and Blue-Ray DVD players. Common room includes 42″ flatscreen, Blu-Ray DVD player and Nintendo Wii game station. A variety of Blu-Ray DVDs, Wii games and board games are available for your use!
Common area also includes a wood-burning fireplace, with an unlimited supply of wood stacked on the balcony, and a pull-out couch. This condo is located on the third floor of the building, providing vaulted ceilings with two skylights and a loft. The loft includes four twin beds.
The full-service kitchen includes dishes, silverware, pots, pans and basic cooking utensils, plus a table that comfortably seats six people. Free Wifi available, as well as access to the Timber Ridge clubhouse, which includes a lounge area, game room with pool, ping-pong and video games, fitness equipment, a raquet ball court, as well as multiple hot tubs, a pool and dry sauna.
Our condo is also located on the Summit Stage Bus system line – free transportation to almost anywhere in Summit County!
